Lead the Shift: Advocacy for African Development is a course tailored to the African context and designed for development leaders, programme managers, and communication specialists. We developed this course in response to the urgent need for strategic advocacy skills in Africa, equipping participants with the tools and frameworks they need to advocate effectively across sectors such as health, education, climate, and gender. The course empowers participants to influence policy, engage communities, and drive systems change across the continent. Providing both theory and practice, covering everything from power analysis and coalition-building to ethical storytelling and media strategy.
